Serenity Spa is open daily from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete your health assessment form and take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings before your treatment.
MEETING YOUR PERSONAL SPA THERAPIST
Upon your arrival at the Serenity Spa, our receptionist will confirm your spa treatment request. We will then assign your personal spa therapist. He/she will conduct a brief consultation before planning your spa regime to ensure that you get the treatment suitable for you.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time. Total treatment costs apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 5 hours’ notice for a cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment; otherwise, 100% of the price may be charged to your account, less than”5 hours’ notice”, and a “No Show” will incur full payment.
ETIQUETTE
To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful atmosphere within the spa, we request all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum and refrain from carrying mobile phones and other electronic devices.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Guests with high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, or other medical complications should consult a doctor before booking spa treatments or using the Serenity Spa facilities. Please notify the spa receptionists of any existing medical conditions. This will ensure your safety before having any treatments.
SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
Consumption of cigarettes and alcohol is strictly forbidden in any spa environment. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment or service.
CHILDREN
Please note that the spa is unsuitable for small children and babies.
BEHAVIOUR
We do not tolerate any sexual harassment or aggressive behavior towards our team members; any form of verbal, physical or sexual harassment will result in legal action.
SPA ATTIRE
Your privacy will always be respected. Disposable underwear is available and should be worn during the treatment. In addition, robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.
MEN
Please shave 4 hours before all facial treatments to ensure maximum results.
WEDDING PLANNER
In preparation for your special day, we will be delighted to create personalized packages to ensure that you achieve the desired results or choose from our menu.
RESERVATIONS
To ensure you enjoy the time you prefer, we recommend booking in advance.
o Standard Appointments: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to secure your preferred time and therapist.
o Couples Massages & Special Events: For a truly unforgettable experience, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for couples’ messages and special event bookings. This allows us to prepare the perfect ambiance and ensure the best therapists are available.
o For all massage bookings, a 100% deposit of the service fee is required. Payments can be made via mobile banking transfer, Tele Birr, Visa card, or cash. Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Walk-in guests are welcome and are subject to availability.
SPA VALUABLES
When you arrive, you will be provided with a spa robe and slippers, as well as a closet in which to place your belongings. We recommend leaving all valuables in your locker, as Serenity Spa accepts no responsibility for lost items.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Serenity Spa offers vouchers, making an ideal gift for that special someone. Please speak to our Spa receptionists, who can help choose the perfect treatments.
All gift vouchers must be presented at the treatment time, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Please contact Guest Services for full terms and conditions.
HOMECARE
Retail items are available and cannot be returned or exchanged after the day of purchase.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Serenity Spa welcomes guests ages 08 – 16 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that the accompanying parent or guardian must sign a consent form, and an adult must be present for most services. In addition, teens must wear lightweight, loose clothing or swimwear for all services.
We recommend that you refrain from sunbathing after an aromatherapy treatment.
The last appointment is 60 minutes before closing time.
